Skin Club Terms
Skin Club is a recurring monthly membership and includes one treatment per membership month.
Your monthly treatment must be used within that membership month. Treatments do not roll over, accumulate or become account credit.
If you unexpectedly cannot attend during a month, you may request to gift that month’s treatment to one named person. Any gifted treatment must be used within the same membership month.
Memberships can be paused or cancelled with one full month’s written notice.
Pauses and cancellations cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively.
Monthly payments will continue until the end of your notice period.
Unused treatments have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or used to offset future membership payments.
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being lost.
Membership benefits are personal to the member and only apply while the membership is active and payments are up to date.
In exceptional circumstances, The Ruby Rooms may agree to an alternative arrangement at its discretion.
By joining Skin Club, you agree that your monthly treatment must be used within that membership month and does not roll over as credit. Memberships require one full month’s written notice to pause or cancel.

Enjoy unlimited access to our Light Lounge, your own sanctuary to recharge, restore and repair with the power of Dermalux LED light therapy.
Each visit includes:
A cleansing station to freshen up your skin before treatment
30 minutes under our Dermalux LED light, clinically proven to rejuvenate, calm and heal the skin
A cosy heated bed, tucked under a fluffy duvet, with calming music to let you drift away
The Light Lounge is the perfect way to supercharge your skin results, especially if you’re on a course of facials or advanced treatments. For best results, we recommend 3 sessions per week to really transform your skin.
Whether you’re targeting acne, redness, fine lines or simply craving that radiant Ruby Rooms glow, this is your space to slow down, switch off, and let the light do its work.
